Some Stipulations:
- Price matching is only valid for items found online. Price matching does not apply for items found at carpets or furniture stores.
- Promocodes cannot be applied on top of price matching.
- Price matching is based on the listed (shown) price of a product. Discounts due to promotional codes are not factored into price matching.
- Price matching can only be applied to the same style/color/model/size.

Our delivery time frame is 7-10 days, after you receive your order between 10 days you can return or exchange
EXCHANGE AND REFUND
How it works
- Notify us by emailing info@abrashcarpets.com
- Provide your order number
- Provide a reason for your return
- If needed, provide a high-quality image of your item
- We will respond with a free return shipping label
- Print & tape the new label over the old carpet after wrapping it properly as received
- Our Courier will come and collect the carpet from you
* Ensure all items are in their original packaging with all tags still attached
* Returned packages must be shipped in the original package provided or a within a similar shipping package.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14-45 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
