Abrash Carpets is always dedicated to ensure 100% customer satisfaction through top quality products and after sales services. The products we sell never need to be returned, but if you ever feel like returning a product you have bought from our store, here's our return policy in full details.

 

Go through it and remember that we never charge you anything for returns.

 

Money Back Guarantee

 

  • When it comes to money back guarantee, we offer a 2-days "no questions asked" money back guarantee to our customers. Which means, if, by any chance you are not satisfied with our product and need to return it, you can get your full money back if you return your carpet in 2 days.

 

  • The carpet that is being returned must be under unaltered condition and it must not have been used. All you need to do is pack it the way you received and send it back to us.

 

  • When you want to return a carpet, first get the return dispatch note by contacting our support team and we expect all customers to ensure the proper packaging of the carpet that is being returned and also that it is not damaged.

 

  • The customer will cover all return shipping costs arranged using our shipping labels. We arrange safe return shipping by FedEx/ARAMEX/DHL/FIRST FLYT

 

  • If we receive returning goods without the proper return dispatch note, the goods will be sent back to the customer, and the customer has to bear the expenses of shipping.

 

  • All shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

  • Once the goods are received and verified, and are subject to the terms of this agreement, you will be eligible for a full refund which will be issued within 14 business working days.

 

  • Credit may be returned to you only in the following ways:
  1. In the form of store credit in your Abrash account. This store credit has lifetime validity which means there is no expiry date of the amount.
  2. In exchange (as appropriate) for another item from Abrash collections.
  3. Or a direct  refund to your credit card (This offer is not valid for Cash on Delivery purchases).

 

  • If after verification of the returned goods we find the item to be faulty, defective or damaged, and if the carpets are returned without proper packaging Abrash has the right to deduct 25% of the total product value from the refund amount.

 

  • We clearly state that it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned carpets are sent back safely and appropriately.

 

  • Abrash takes no responsibility for lost carpet\s and the customer will be solely liable for the shipment's cost of the return.

 

  • In case the customer wants to exchange the carpets, a minimum charge of 55 AED will be applied on each item returned.

 

Damaged & Faulty Returns

 

  • Abrash Carpets insists every customer to open and check each and every item of order within 24 hours of receiving the products purchased. This must be done while maintaining the original packing) as much as possible. Any violation of this will not hold Abrash liable for any damage and faults, and the order will not be eligible for return or exchange.

 

  • If any customer receives a faulty or damaged item, customers must notify us through an official email to (info@abrashcarpets.com) in the earliest possible time, upon receiving the goods.

 

  • Every customer must carefully follow the correct returns policy as stipulated above.

 

  • As stipulated in the terms above, it is mandatory that Abrash must issue a return authorization, before customers start the process of returning the goods. Any unauthorized return cannot and will not be accepted.

 

  • Even if the item you received is faulty, defective, or damaged, the carpet\s must be packed properly in case it is being sent for return.

 

  • Abrash has the right to cut 25% of the total product value if returned without packaging.

 

Custom made and pre-ordered returns

 

  • We are sorry to inform you that customized products & pre-ordered items cannot be refunded in case you change your mind or if you need an exchange.

 

  • We offer complete customisation facilities and expect that the customer will make sure that any custom made order is 100% in accordance to what they need and prefer.

 

Order Cancellation

 

  • Although it's a very rare incident, if you decide that you no longer want to go through with your purchase and change your mind in case of a certain item, you can easily cancel your order.

 

  • All you have to do is contact our support team who are always available at your service. Let us know that you do not want the purchase or have changed your mind and your order will be cancelled.

 

  • Orders will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund only if your items have not already been dispatched.

 

  • Please note as stipulated above this does not apply to custom-made and pre-ordered items.

 

Your order MUST be cancelled before the dispatch of goods. If the items have been dispatched and left, all shipping fees WILL NOT be included within the refund.

 

Black Friday Sales

 

All the orders placed during black Friday sales on our store are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
