How it works

  1. Notify us by emailing info@abrashcarpets.com
  2. Provide your order number
  3. Provide a reason for your return
  4. If needed, provide a high-quality image of your item
  5. We will respond with a free return shipping label
  6. Print & tape the new label over the old carpet after wrapping it properly as received
  7. Our Courier will come and collect the carpet from you

 

* Ensure all items are in their original packaging with all tags still attached


* Returned packages must be shipped in the original package provided or a within a similar shipping package.

 
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

* All returned items must be in original mint condition and with its original labelling and in its original packaging.

 * We do not guarantee the returned items will be refunded if the package is lost in transit or received in damaged condition or show clear signs of usage.
