It’s my 4th purchase from Abrash carpets. This time is the 1st time I return something and exchange it.
I had an excellent and easy exchange experience and i like the new carpets!

Improvements: Communication and setting an exact date of delivery instead of multiple postponing. Allowing customer to inspect product before purchasing.
The only information available is the picture of the product and description, I find it adventurous to base a purchase that could cost AED1000+ on that. I prefer to see the product and inspect it :). However, I took the risk & I was not disappointed in the product when received, it matched the description and photo. Delivery date is inaccurate - accuracy plays a big role in customer satisfaction (the delivery was postponed twice - which is not an issue if customer is informed beforehand).
