Our delivery time frame is 7-10 days, after you receive your order between 10 days you can return or exchange

How it works

- Provide your order number
- Provide a reason for your return
- If needed, provide a high-quality image of your item
- We will respond with a free return shipping label
- Print & tape the new label over the old carpet after wrapping it properly as received
- Our Courier will come and collect the carpet from you
* Ensure all items are in their original packaging with all tags still attached
* Returned packages must be shipped in the original package provided or a within a similar shipping package.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14-45 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
